Within a month of owning the chair, the hydraulic ram that raises and lowers the seat broke through the base.
65% liked the cushioning thickness, however, 35% disagreed
After sitting on it for ten minutes, my butt became numb due to the thin and non-dense padding on the bottom half.

I am not giving 5 stars because my chair came with a 1 inch slice in the faux leather.
The material quality of the gaming chair was not as advertised. It was supposed to be leather but arrived in vinyl or PU leather.
The arm of my chair broke within 3 months as it was made of cheap plastic.
After several months, the plastic base cracked and the metal rod slipped down to the floor, causing me to wobble around because the legs no longer reach the floor.

My chair collapsed backwards and the armrest broke immediately while I was reclining it.
The seat depth is more than I realized and my lower legs are fighting the edge of the seat, pulling me away from the back.
