81% liked the adjustable seat height, but 19% didn't
The back adjustment is fantastic. I can position it at any angle, whereas most chairs have pre-set positions. This indicates that the chair is adjustable and easy to operate.
When I leaned the chair back as far as it would go and put my weight into it, one of the casters broke out of the wheel arm.
The seat height is adjustable but the rise is made of hard plastic or metal.
Sometimes when I sit back down in the chair, it lowers and I have to raise it back up again.
