I can adjust the height of the chair, use the footrest, and even lay back to nap. It is very comfortable.

I love the removable lumbar support that came with the chair. The fact that it vibrates is not a big deal because it is not that powerful. Sitting for long slouched over the computer is uncomfortable for me, but the lumbar pillow makes my posture better.

The recline swivel and footrest function of the chair works well.
I have been using the chair since Late June 2022 and the reclining function is already broken.
After one year of light usage, the reclining mechanism has started to slip, making it impossible for me to relax comfortably in the chair without the back of the seat slowly beginning to recline.
I prefer the spring tension mechanism that allows me to recline by pushing back with a little pressure, as I do not like the reclining mechanism of the chair.

The arm rest and seat cushions are not as thick as described and shown.
After 6 days of use, the cushioning thickness was not as expected and it started hurting my bum.
I find the chair uncomfortable as the cushioning on the seat feels fairly firm compared to an executive office chair that is much softer.
I had to fidget side to side to relieve the tension while sitting on the chair, indicating that the cushioning is not comfortable enough.
