My cursor wouldn't move even though my mouse was fully charged.

The ergonomic mouse doesn't feel very ergonomic. I had to put my hand on it at an angle to make it feel better.
The mouse's numpad keys have a peak and valley design that can make it difficult to know which key you are pressing or if you are pressing two keys at once.
I find the mouse uncomfortable to use as the thumb rests on top of buttons, causing accidental presses. Additionally, the mode button cannot be changed and is under the hand, causing it to get pushed and changing modes in the middle of gameplay. To prevent accidental button presses, I had to install a piece of plastic to elevate the thumb rest.
