I prefer the controller because it is extremely light and wired only, without a battery.

The remote's build quality was impressive, but it did not meet my expectations.
I have noticed that the controller lacks rubberized grips, which becomes noticeable during longer gaming sessions. This suggests that the build quality of the controller could have been improved by including rubberized grips.
I informed the support team about the issue and they asked me to try using a non Gamesir USB cable.

The face buttons on this controller have a longer travel time and are a bit stiff compared to others.
79% appreciated the quiet operation, but 21% found it noisy
The headphone jack has a constant white noise that is not present on the official controller. It is hard to notice while playing a game with regular audio, but very noticeable on menus and in quieter parts of games.
In the video, I noticed that the left joystick of my controller squeaks very loudly when clicked down.
I find it impossible to play without accidentally pressing the back buttons of the controller which are located in the wrong place.
When I plug in a headset, the controller makes loud popping sounds that can be heard during the stream. Then it makes static noise.
80% appreciated the accurate sensor tracking, though 20% experienced lag
I am dissatisfied with the controller's triggers. How could a highly rated controller have such poor triggers?
I am already at sensitivity level 12 in Call of Duty Black Ops II and going higher didn't help.
80% liked the lightweight and portable design, but 20% found it bulky
During longer gaming sessions, I could have benefited from the extra comfort and grip that rubberized handles provide on the controller.
I was disgusted with the product and immediately boxed them back up and returned them. I'm going to get the older generation instead. Based on my experience, I can say that the product was not satisfactory.
According to their advertising, the Elite 2 has a battery life of 40hrs, while the Edge only gets around 4-5hrs.
