About Japanese Floor Mattress Futon Mattress, Thicken Tatami Mat Sleeping Pad Foldable Roll Up Mattress
Overall Feedback:
93% positive
78% appreciated its breathability
I am now sleeping comfortably through the night after using the Emoor set underneath this puffier futon.
I noticed that the mattress retains heat well.
91% found it extremely comfortable, while 9% thought it was too firm
I tested the product myself and found it quite comfortable. I suggested ways to increase the comfort level, like placing a padded exercise mat or elevating it with some folded wool blankets.
The floor mattress is comfortable and has helped with my ongoing back pain. It is also easy to fall asleep on and get up without aches and pains.
I am currently using two different toppers, one 1.5inch and another 1 inch and it is fine for me to sleep now.
The futon has enough cushion to not feel the tile floor, but it is not as comfortable as a real futon.
96% liked the various customization options, although 4% found them limited
If I want more comfort, I could get a cover for the futon-mattress.
I plan to get either a second futon or mat to provide additional support since it did not expand fully. It seems like an easy solution.
94% found it easy to fold and store, while 6% struggled with the process
The futon-mattress is huge and folds up easily into a toddler couch when not in use.
I can fold up the back seats and use it as a futon couch in the back hatch area.
I will dock a star because the futon-mattress is not foldable.
I find it difficult to fold back the futon-mattress and the storage cover is not great.
Folding up the futon-mattress is semi easy, but it does not fold up as small as I would imagine, and I would not recommend it if you have limited space.
86% appreciated the high-quality materials, but 14% found them cheaply made
I appreciate that the materials used in the futon are clearly listed, unlike every shikibuton.
The futon itself appears fine, but the cover's seams are poor workmanship.
The stitching on the futon is well made, but the bag ripped in 5 seconds due to cheap material.
88% praised for its minimal motion transfer, but 12% experienced some disturbance
I have a partially torn hamstring and walk with a cane due to the tightness and damage to my back caused by the futon-mattress. This indicates that the futon-mattress has poor motion transfer, which is not comfortable for me and has caused harm to my body.
83% liked the generous thickness, although 17% thought it was too thin
I found the product to be thicker than expected.
I am disappointed with the thickness of the mattress. It is only 3 inches at best and the seller misled customers by making it seem thicker.
The futon-mattress thickness is not 4 inches, as mentioned by others.
The futon-mattress was well packaged and started to puff up right away, but it is still not as thick as the picture.
I have allergies and the mattress caused me a sinus infection. After switching to an air mattress, I woke up with a clear head for the first time in days.
