Overall Feedback:
76% positive
65% appreciated its breathability, but 35% experienced some heat retention
I had trouble sleeping through the night on the futon mattress as it is not breathable enough and I could feel the metal bars, causing pain all over.
As a mom with preexisting back issues, it is terrible.
73% found it extremely comfortable, while 27% thought it was too firm
The futon-mattress is not very comfortable, especially for side sleepers.
I was tolerating the futon mattress for about a week, but after that I began to experience a lot of pain and aches after each night.

The cover comes with straps for easy carrying and is made nicely.
After a week of using the futon-mattress, I have noticed long lumps where it was folded. I have tried to fix it by flipping it over every other day, hand massaging and walking on the fold creases. I even brought it into the warmest room in the house, but it is still not full/thick.
After 7 days, my mattress only expanded to 4 inches, which was less than expected.
74% found it easy to fold and store, while 26% struggled with the process
I gave it three stars because of the improvement in my back pains with the firmness and the ease of rolling it up and off to the side.

Folding the mattress into a roll is difficult.
I noticed that the futon mattress fluffed up immediately but it has never gotten any thicker than around 4 inches.
The mattress only rose to a thickness of 2 inches, despite letting it rise for a couple of days, instead of the advertised 4 inches.

67% liked the generous thickness, although 33% thought it was too thin

The mattress only rose to 2 inches, even after letting it rise for a couple of days, despite being advertised at 4 inches.
When I lay on the futon-mattress, the foam feels only 1/2" thick.
The futon is thinner than a mattress but still soft and cushy. The firm floor underneath keeps it firm through the pad, which is good for spine health and not suffocating.
I did not mention anything about the breathability of the futon mattress.
