About TURSTIN 8 Pack 8 Inch Plastic Furniture Legs
Overall Feedback:
87% positive
86% liked the adjustable height feature, but 14% found it difficult to adjust
I needed to raise a second-hand cabinet off the floor and assumed it would take a long time to drill holes. However, the unit already had screw-in feet, so I unscrewed them and screwed these legs in. It was a 10-minute job from delivery to completion.
I faced an issue with the adjustability of furniture-legs. I assumed that the legs would be a universal size, but they were not. The screws on the legs were too small and the adapters that were included were too big. I had to make the holes in my furniture bigger so I could get the inserts in.
88% liked the sleek design, but 12% found it unattractive
I was surprised to find that the fitting was universal, which I did not expect.
The rubber pads on the legs don't stay stuck, which is quite annoying to fix after the furniture is in place. I suggest using super glue to stick the pads on ahead of time to save time and effort.
I replaced the pads that came with the furniture with 1 1/2 inch round felt pads which fit better.
76% liked the variety of customization options
I wanted to raise up the couch so that my Roomba could vacuum underneath it.
90% found it easy to install, while 10% struggled with the process
I found the installation process of the furniture legs to be much more difficult than expected, making it a bigger project than just screwing in some legs.
89% appreciated the floor-protecting pads
I unscrewed the old feet and screwed in the new ones, which provided floor protection to the furniture.
84% praised for its sturdy stability, while 16% found it unstable
I find it quite annoying to fix the rubber pads after the sofa is in place as they do not stay stuck.
I needed to raise a second-hand cabinet off the floor and assumed it would take a long time to drill holes. However, the unit already had screw-in feet, so I unscrewed them and screwed these legs in. It was a 10-minute job from delivery to completion.
I found a better solution for the sofa legs. The original legs were too low for my taste, but the 8 inch legs make it look 100% better.
