The blender has a very quiet motor compared to other products.

I like it even better than my trusty older one. The shorter, wider jug is more effectively self-cleaning than the older higher design and the extra width at the base allows easier manual cleaning under and around the blades when needed. The rubberized jug lid too is better with flexible lug clips incorporated which snap easily over the jug rim for a perfect fit and make the lid far easier use than the older design which was stiff and required finger strength to snap it on.
