The little white discs over the bubbling jets keep coming out, which is a pain when I'm enjoying my foot bath.
The plastic caps covering the water jets would blow off. Upon inspection, I discovered that half of the holes in the cap were not drilled completely, causing backed up water pressure to blow them off.
