I find that the plastic part of the food processor is easier to clean than the metal part. I haven't tried running the metal part through the dishwasher yet, but I haven't had to clean it because it's so easy to clean.
The ravioli maker is very easy to clean. Just rinsing it through water is enough to get rid of anything stuck in the nooks and crannies.
