After replacing the blade, the food processor works great.
The diameter of the blade is slightly larger and it does not fit the metal blade.
I had an unfortunate experience while kneading dough in a dfp-14BCN which resulted in damage to both the blade and the motor shaft cover.

The bowl capacity of the food processor is not flush with the machine and is about 1mm taller overall, mostly at the brass fitting piece on the bottom. I had to sand and file the brass down to a closer height to make it sit flush.

Before installing the new sheath, I cleaned the spindle with emery cloth and sprayed silicon on the shaft and in the new sheath.
I was able to clean the part easily with WD40, a piece of wood and a hammer.
