I have been using these canisters for a few months now to hold homemade laundry detergents and have no complaints. The seal is just as tight and consistent as it was when I first got them.
I compared the product with Anchor Hocking and found that it has an airtight seal which is not present in Anchor Hocking jars.
It is difficult to remove all the water from the seal area of the lid because of its design.
If I want to use it for ground foodstuffs, the seal used could be a problem.
