This food-chopper is my favorite gadget in the kitchen. I have used it for various purposes like chopping vegetables, nuts, mixing eggs, cheese, bread into breadcrumbs, etc.
I use the chopper for making ham/chicken salad and gram crackers for pies, among other things.
I combine eggs, pickle, mayo, and mustard to make a perfect instant egg salad using the chopper.
The food chopper worked great for pureeing and chopping a wide range of vegetables.
