Upon inspection, I found that my umbrella had jammed and would not close due to a string coming out of the mechanism. It has only been used a handful of times and cannot click and stay open. I have compared it to cheap umbrellas that have lasted much longer.
If I were to base my review solely on quality, it would receive 5 stars. However, I needed two new umbrellas for a trip to a rainy city and this product did not meet my specific needs.
