I found that the pivoting action and the axis lock mechanism were a bit too tight. I loosened the pivot screw just a bit and then added drops KPL (knife lube) to the pivot and the axis lock. After the oil soaked in and things had a chance to break in, I ended up with one of the nicest actioned folding knives in my collection.
