It contains all natural bioflavonoids found in fruits, vegetables, seeds, and grains, including Quercetin, a natural antihistamine that dries you up without drying you out. There is no dry mouth or cracked and bloody nose, and it does not cause drowsiness or hyperactivity. Bluebonnets blend with Vitamin C and Bromelain, a digestive aid derived from pineapple, making it easy on the stomach and more effective than other brands.
