The handle of the reel feels cheap and has a crooked bearing. The end of the handle is open with a cheap plastic bearing and visible lube.

My experience with the drag system has been really bad as it frequently loosens and randomly freewheels causing a nasty birdsnest/backlash.
After a few uses, my reel's drag system changed and now it goes from extremely loose to extremely tight with just 2-3 clicks.
