About LotFancy Transparent Film Dressing, 2.37" x 2.75", 35PCS
Overall Feedback:
77% positive
75% appreciated its high absorbency, but 25% found it wasn't enough
There is always one edge that won't stick, which weakens the seal and gradually exposes the wound.
After 2-3 days, the bandaging pad lifts up from my skin due to poor adhesive.
After using the dressing, my skin wrinkled even worse, became really red and painful, and started peeling off from the middle instead of the corners. It felt like dry dead skin when I rubbed lotion on it.
76% praised for its strong adhesive, while 24% found it didn't stick well
I am dissatisfied with the adhesive strength of the product. There is always one edge that does not stick, creating a weakness in the seal and causing the whole area to gradually fail and expose the wound.
I complained that the adhesive used with the bandage was painful to remove and required continual rolling of the material until it could be grabbed in small pieces.
I had to clean the area with an alcohol pad before applying the adhesive, but it still lifted.
The actual patches are adhesive but can fall off easily.
The adhesive used with the bandage stayed on my skin and was painful to remove. I had to roll the material until I could grab it in small pieces.
71% liked that it is hypoallergenic, but 29% experienced an allergic reaction
I prefer using a clear, hypoallergenic medical grade cover for the patch.
When I use bandaging pads to cover my estrogen patches on my abdomen, they do not stick for more than 24 hours.
I experienced an adverse reaction on my arm after using the product, which was worse than the tegaderms. This suggests that the product may not be hypoallergenic.
The product is not hypoallergenic and leaves glue residue on the skin, which is uncomfortable when I am sore from surgery and have to scrub the area.
74% praised for its size and shape, while 26% found it small
The dressings have a two-inch adhesive edge that holds them in place firmly and pulls off the skin easily.
