I ordered size XL and the jacket fits great. It's also true white. I have a large bust and struggle with most jackets.
The medium size fits me perfectly as I am a 36C. It may fit tighter if I gain 10 pounds and looser if I lose 10 pounds. Sizing up may be necessary for those with a bigger chest.
I took L size and it fit perfectly, although a little buggy but still cropped and flattering.
