This eye cream is fantastic and I have experimented with it. It has definite improvement and instant improvement when applied after shower to dry skin and after using my moisturizer and face make up. I also tried it on my husbands eyes and it reduced swelling and made him look younger.
I could see the results of the eye cream in less than five minutes.
I love the product as it tightens the area under the eyes where bags appear.
