I finally tried this ointment and it worked wonderfully for me. I did not have any reaction.
I prefer the metal tube over the plastic tube and the product works great.
I used a different brand of eye drops for months and faced issues like red eyes and feeling like I had something in my eyes. Later, I switched to Soothe and faced no such issues. I woke up with normal-looking eyes and felt no irritation.
The eye ointment is preservative free and reasonably priced, which is a must for dry eye disease as preservatives make it worse.
