I found this external CD/DVD drive to be the perfect choice. I liked the easy-to-follow instructions and was able to hook it up with a USB extension cable to a USB port in the rear of my PC. It worked with no problems when I tested it with a music CD and a DVD movie. The HUB also worked well, recognizing all my flash drives.
I was able to import a CD, read a DVD-R burned on another drive, and burn a DVD-R without any issues, indicating that my drive is compatible with external CD/DVD drives.
