I had a frustrating experience with another manufacturer's CD/DVD drive, but I am happy with this drive as it is truly plug and play.

I have negative feedback about the software of the external-cd-dvd-drive. The software is garbage and does not work properly. There is no 100% technique to get it to work again. The interface is also bad and poorly done.

The device is compatible with USB A and C and can be used with tables and desktop PCs.
To play DVDs, I found that I needed to install UD Link as well as TrueDVD+. It wasn't very intuitive, but it worked.
