Please hook up the device to the direct USB port on your computer. For mac os, please use the mac command to eject the DVD drive from the disc. Portable compact design, lightweight, fault tolerance,shock-resistant, USB cable embedded design. High speed type C and USB 3.0 interface, backwards compatible with USB2.0 & USB1.0. Cd burner cannot play blu ray discs. No external power is needed, fully powered by USB-A ports or USB -C port. For some computers, if the driver has been deleted, you will need to install a CD/DVD driver.
