The garage door faces SW receiving direct afternoon sun for more than 6hrs everyday with temps reaching 100+ during the hottest months of the year. The stain finish has stood up to the harshest summer time conditions, even hurricane Ian that blew through in late September of this year (2022).
The exterior paint is durable. It has been five months since we completed the project and we live in MN. The paint is doing well.
