I found the installation process of the Pivot easy to follow with a setup video that guides me through the process and can be paused as needed. I was able to set it up on my own in 10 minutes with tools provided.

Whenever I try to rotate the screen, the cords connecting to the bike come loose and turn off the bike. I've tried adjusting the cord for more room to move, but it doesn't help.
I tried a $20 adapter and it was junk because the monitor was crooked and easily flopped over every time I rotated it back and forth a couple of times.
Every time I swivel, the cords fall out and I have to restart.
