My dumbbells have poor build quality as one of them has a cracked outer skin and the other has a hole in the skin.

When I stepped on the scale, one weight was 8.8 pounds and the other was 10.6 pounds. Neither of them weighs 10 pounds.
Upon weighing them, I found that the weights are .5-1.5 lbs heavy and both are not even the same weight, which made them feel heavy for 12lbs.
