I had a good workout and sweat on level 4 and can only imagine the better workout I will get with higher levels.
The exercise bike has a tension knob that can be adjusted from level 1 to level 8.
I used the bike for 20 minutes and set the resistance level to 3/8. I was sweating and feeling the burn. The bike provides great resistance and I also liked the feature of being able to work my arms at the same time.

I assembled the bike on my own and it took me 3 hours. It would have taken less time with another set of hands or by someone who is handier. The instructions were easy to follow.
I found the instructions easy to understand and assembled the bike with one other person in less than an hour.

I found the seat to be comfortable and adjustable to match my height. I tested a few until I found the one that fit me.
The seat back is a little lower than I would like and there is no way to raise it, which could be a concern for taller people.
If I ride for more than 20 minutes, the seat is not comfortable. I decided to buy a cushion for it which is arriving today.

I love the compact size and weight of the bike, which makes it easy to move around and store. It can be folded and put in a corner or under a bed, making it perfect for small houses.
I tested the bike's foldable design and found that it is bulkier than expected, but still takes up less room when folded.
Although the bike has wheels on the bottom of two of the legs, I find myself just picking it up to move it.
