The support is minimal, but there is no underwire involved, so it is not tight or cutting into my skin.
The support level is moderate but enough to wear all day with casual outfits.
I have torn cartilage in my chest and wearing bras hurt. However, I still needed some compression and this bra still has support even after 24 hours of wear. It didn't stretch out and was comfortable to wear. I will be buying more bras.
