I use essential oil for enhanced breathing, to soothe my stomach, and for aching muscles.
I use peppermint and eucalyptus oils in a pan of water on the stove in the mornings and evenings when my loved ones are feeling ill. It helps clear the sinuses, gets rid of the yuck in the throat, and helps people breathe better.
I mix this essential oil with water and use it as a spray to deter centipedes and ants, and also as an air freshener in the bathroom.
I had to add three full droppers of oil to my lamp to get a little bit of fragrance. The oil has a mild scent and I doubt its purity.
