I find the machine very easy to operate, even if you have never operated one before. The instructions are simple to follow.
I was amazed at how easy it was to operate the espresso-maker. The espresso was perfect and the milk frother worked beautifully. The compact size of the machine is awesome and the customer service department is prompt and helpful.
I found the steam wand easy to use, although it takes some time to get used to. Some tips were also provided.
As a beginner barista, it's pretty easy to use. The machine takes a second to prime the water pump during setup.

The steam wand on this machine is really good, although it is not as free-flowing as the previous model. However, I believe this adjustment is a minor correction. The ability to go from brewing espresso to steaming milk in less than 10 seconds is quite amazing, and the pressure from the wand is adequate to spin and foam the milk of choice.
