The machine is user-friendly and operates slightly loud when pouring coffee, but it is not annoying.
To get the perfect dilution for an Americano, I recommend using the 'top up' trick. Simply press the coffee button again to start the top off and then press it a second time to stop the water when it hits the correct dilution. The machine allows for this.
Using the machine is simple. The size of the cup is determined by the size of the pods and the operation is down to a single button.
The machine is near foolproof and ready to brew within a minute.
