I was recommended a product by a Mazda mechanic who had great success with it and assured me that it would not harm the engine. I ordered and installed the product as directed and found that the leak was completely sealed within 100 miles. I am completely satisfied with the product.
I'm not sure if the softness of the plastic is due to adding SealLube or just a coincidence.
