The meter is not selective enough and can render measurements to be unpredictably inaccurate. For instance, when a specific TV transmission was OFF the air, the reading was surprisingly high, and hours later, when the signal came back on the air, the reading on the meter was the same for that frequency.

I have complained that the user manual is poorly translated into English and I couldn't understand one section.
