This machine has a green/red start/stop button which is invaluable and makes cutting or changing threads easy. Using multiple color threads is extremely easy as the machine stops and waits for the next color. It also cuts jump stitches if desired. I can wirelessly transfer any design in PES format from my computer to the machine.

This machine is a great improvement over the old model and quite easy to use, but I have to learn how to do it and follow directions exactly.

I had an outage while embroidering, but the machine asked if I wanted to continue the old project when the power was back. It finished the work and saved the project. I am happy with the maintenance feature of the machine.
I love the thread cutter. Cutting hundreds of jump stitches would have eventually made me want to skip this activity and make my quilts.
I faced a problem while fixing a design and re-saving it to the USB. The machine wouldn't read the file until I reinserted it a 5th time.
I had an issue with the machine and had to fix it myself. Brother told me to take it to an authorized dealer and it would take minimum three weeks to evaluate the issue.
