I found that the electronic display never functioned and the device/hardware and logic is poor.
I gave a 1-star rating because the display stopped working. It showed time on, speed, distance, calories burned, and pulse.

I felt a lot of stress on my knees and hips while using the elliptical machine. I tested another elliptical with 20 inch strides at a sports store and it felt much better on my knees and hips. The range of motion was much more natural and fluid. I recommend 20 inch strides for most comfort.

I was extremely disappointed to discover that the elliptical machine had a maximum weight capacity of only 330 lbs, despite paying $550 for it and assembling it myself.
I suggest that the elliptical machine is not suitable for users over 200 lb, despite the claimed weight capacity.
I am nowhere near 400lbs, which is the weight limit of the elliptical machine.
