I had to retighten the nuts on the handlebars multiple times and eventually used Permatex Locktite to keep them in place. One wheel came off and I tried to glue it back on, but it didn't work, so I repositioned the other wheel and now I just slide it around. The large nut attaching the pedal axel fell off, but I cleaned it with alcohol and refixed it with Locktite. I hope it holds.
