Setting up this tech item was a breeze for me, even though I'm not the most tech-savvy person. I simply followed the app instructions and pushed the buttons it prompted me to, and I was connected.
I installed the electrical-outlet-switches and found them very easy to use after the remote stopped working.
The installation process was easy with the Smart Life app and there was seamless integration with Alexa.

The product is advertised as compatible with 5g wi-fi, but it only interfaces with 5g networks via specific Echo devices connected to a 5g network because the plugs run on their own bluetooth mesh network.
I faced issues with the smart plugs staying connected to 5g even though they were compatible with 2.4 and 5g.
