I noticed that the connections at the output busbars are crimped, but they appear to be of higher quality. I also mentioned that these can be easily reinforced with solder as the metal busbars can be separated from the plastic housing.
I have noticed that the electrical-multi-outlets emit a bad smell like burning plastic which never goes away, indicating poor durability.

I need this plug to use behind furniture so that my plugs can be sideways and not need added space. Additionally, the plug has a wonderful added feature where if it is plugged into an outlet connected to a designated switch, the three outlets on the right side work with the wall switch while the three outlets on the left side work continuously.
The electrical-multi-outlets are easy to use and have a nice feature where each side of 3 jacks is fed by *one* of the two plugs, which can be very handy in applications where you have an outlet box in which one outlet is always live and the other is wall-switched for a lamp.

When the outlet is behind furniture and the plug is in line with the cord, it creates a problem. Either I can't push the furniture all the way back or I risk over-bending the wires where they meet the plug.
