I noticed that the inside of the outlet is poorly designed and when it becomes loose, it can cause heat/fire. This caused his electronics device to shut down.

The adapter is sturdy but would work better with a ground. I have bought it twice and both times it was missing the ground, making it unsafe to use.

I found a safety issue with this electrical multi-outlet adapter. One side of the 120v leg was injection molded over the copper contacts, resulting in almost zero conductivity and a ton of resistance which equals heat. This is an unsafe situation, and I am thankful that I did not have my 1200W mining rig plugged in or it almost certainly would have melted and potentially started a fire.
