I replaced a failed ballast with the KTEB126 ballast and it works fine with my floor lamp that uses a Verilux CFML27VIX 4-tube 4-pin 27 Watt bulb.

The installation of this ballast was a bit difficult as it required disassembling the lamp housing, removing old wire nuts, and removing two screws holding the old ballast.
The screw down connectors caused the first ballast to fail due to loose connection.

I noticed that the lights stopped working in all of the bug trap units over the winter. I replaced the bulbs, but only one worked. I took the two non-working apart and found that one had a wire that came loose from a connector. I checked all the wiring in the third unit, but couldnt find the problem. I took a chance that the problem was the ballast and ordered this unit from Amazon. It worked just fine.
The repair was quick and successful. The product is now working fine without any issues.
