I recommend using a small clamp to secure the coiled ground wire to the wall adjacent to the outlet where it is plugged in, as it puts a bit of sideways tension on the ground wire connection to the nearby 120V outlet.
I had to use a rubber mallet to bang the plug in because the fit was really tight, but the adapter worked well with my Samsung dryer.
