I warn that the product may meet the specifications but not the expected capacity of 3.7GPM as advertised.
In my 690 square foot house with a single occupant, the electric-water-heater cannot run a warm bath or shower or clean dishes/clothes due to flow rate issues.

The first unit worked great for 6 years until it was destroyed due to some external factor.
I advise others to be cautious while purchasing the product as it is delicate and I am disappointed with its quality.
The electric-water-heater feels cheap with its plastic backplate. The old models had a rugged and easy to mount sheet metal enclosure.
I keep a backup unit on hand because tankless water heaters are known to rupture.

It was easy to install, but I made sure to have the correct electrical amps and wire size.
Installing it was very easy with pex fittings and 72" of copper.
I installed the water heater myself. It took me around an hour to remove the old one and 43 minutes to install the new one.
Installation was easy for me as I had a 100 amp sub panel only 8 feet away.
