I am concerned about the durability of the product, but I will wait to see how it performs over time.
The material sheds easily.
My electric throw blanket is brand new but only about a quarter of it heats up.
The blanket bunched up for about 5 minutes and in that area it got really hot and smelled like it was burning. This may be a durability issue.

I have used the first two settings and they performed well. The #2 setting is so potent that I can't imagine using the other 3 settings.
The power cord always feels in the way and is a bit difficult to use.

I turned on the electric-throw to the hot setting and tested its heat output. After 15 minutes, it was warm to my touch.
I have not used the electric throw past setting 3 as it gets warm enough for me.
It takes some time to heat up, but becomes nice when the heat co first level is reached.
There is no heating in the foot well and the heating is not well dispersed. Some areas are warmer than others.
