I love this electric canner because it is simpler to use and has a lift out pot which makes it easier to clean.
Electric-pressure-cookers are very easy to use. Once the canning countdown starts, you can easily do other things instead of watching the pressure gauge or jiggler for 75 or 90 minutes.
