I had a situation where I didn't have anything defrosted for dinner and found that I could cook from frozen using the electric-pressure-cooker. I threw in a couple of pounds of chicken breasts, thighs and legs along with a couple of large sliced onions and a jar of barbecue sauce and set the timer. It shows how easy it is to use the electric-pressure-cooker in such a situation.
