I ordered the small 3-quart pot because I only cook for myself and found it to be the perfect size for 1 or 2 people.
I upgraded to a 10oz electric-pressure-cooker because it allows me to put bigger items for cooking in it.
It uses less energy and is perfect for cooking for two people.

I am still learning and experimenting with cooking different foods. However, I find it amazing how fast I can cook chili or a stew with pressure cooking and it still slow cooks very nicely like a crock pot.
I can use the electric-pressure-cooker for pressure cooking for 10 minutes or sautee for 20 minutes, or combine both. It thoroughly cooks meat, fish, and vegetables.
