The electric-pressure-cooker has a good capacity. It can make a huge batch of bone broth or can a batch of tomatoes or applesauce.
I used the canner to make 58 jars of salsa and 7 quarts of tomatoes, indicating its good capacity.

The electric-pressure-cooker eliminates the three worst things about canning - occupying the whole stove, heating up the kitchen, and the pot being so heavy. I set it on the counter, right near the sink, so the spigot is right over the sink for easy draining, it doesnt heat the kitchen, and my stove top is fully available to me.
