About Hamilton Beach Electric Knife with Stainless Steel Blade
Overall Feedback:
88% positive
83% found it easy to clean
The electric knife comes with a storage box that holds all the components including the carving fork.
91% found it comfortable to hold and use, but 9% found it too heavy
The handle of my electric knife has an ergonomically designed easy grip.
I find the knife uncomfortable to use for any length of time. The trigger is bizarrely designed with a handle that is larger at the back and more slender at the front, causing my hand to naturally slide forward as I try to pull back on the trigger. I have to grip very hard to keep my hand from sliding forward, and my hand cramps easily.
86% appreciated the quiet operation, while 14% found it too loud
I find the knife uncomfortable to use for a long time.
I am disappointed that the company did not detect the issues during the manufacturing process.
90% liked its powerful performance, while 10% found it underpowered
The device is not powerful enough to cut through the roast without a lot of force and time. It also overheats after two steaks, making it difficult to hold.
87% appreciated the safety features, although 13% found them inconvenient
I found the electric knife difficult to use as the trigger switch had to be pulled backwards, making it hard to hold and maneuver simultaneously.
I accidentally released the blades while trying to cut because of the poor design of the blade release. It is located on the top right where the thumb ends up, indicating a lack of safety features in the product.
I tried to cut cold chicken with the knife, but it couldn't get through the meat.
